We started our search for a new 2010 Prius by getting background information on the vehicle and potential cost of the new car and value of our trade-in. I bought a new toyota tacoma last summer. had to bring in for service within 4 months due to rodents eating thru the wiring harnass while at work. truck was towed in. After picking it up, drove out of parking lot and turned right back around due to the radio not working. service messed with it but told me they were closing and I would need to bring it back in to be fixed. Feel like they should have checked everything BEFORE telling me it was ready to be picked up. Not impressed with their service department. Very inconvenient for a single mom...or anyone for that matter. More

We had a conversation on the way to the dealership about what kind of experience we might have with this salesperson. When we arrived,I got a very pleasant surprise! Tony was nothing like the sterotype "used car salesman" one thinks of. He was not just friendly initially; he listened, answered all my questions, and was not pushy!!! I felt very comfortable buying the car and did. To make things even better, the next day the car had a minor problem, I called Tony, he said to bring it back in and they took care of it! I had such a good experience, that I bought another car from him! (My motto is when you find a good salesperson, stick with them!) Well, this was an older model used Lexus,and I had a few concerns. Again, Tony took care of everything again! And I love the car! So from beginning to end, i'm very happy to say this was my best experience buying two cars!
