I can’t believe how much I was lied too and screwed over. I believe the agent is no longer working there. I was told that the vehicle had the options which I asked for was on the vehicle, stupid of me to t I believe the agent is no longer working there. I was told that the vehicle had the options which I asked for was on the vehicle, stupid of me to trust a salesman in the first place as they never have your best interest at heart, turned out the features were not there. My vehicle wasn’t operating correctly, they wouldn’t listen to me. Almost a year and a half later they finally tell me that I was correct and they were in error. There’s no way for me to get out of this mess. Guess I’ll be stuck and not happy for several years to come. If I could just have the option of making this right, it would be a huge burden off my chest, it’s made me sick inside. I miss the simple small dealerships outside of the city. I need a miracle, and that’s not going to happen. I’m no more than a number, and not a person which is so disheartening. More

We have purchased 2 vehicles recently from Stew Hansen - a new jeep and a used car. Alex Webb, sales staff, helped us both times. He was awesome. The used car was missing the owners manual so he found us a new jeep and a used car. Alex Webb, sales staff, helped us both times. He was awesome. The used car was missing the owners manual so he found us one on line. There was a cracked bumper which we did not notice upon purchase. He was able to get the repair made at no expense to us! The collision center was great to work with on the repair also. We will be making all future car purchases from Stew and Alex! More
