I was in there a couple of times. The first time i brought my car in with a rattle in the front left. They told me that my strut tension bars were bad and Scott Crowell told me that he was 110% the ra brought my car in with a rattle in the front left. The told me if this didnt fix the problem that they would fix it until it was fixed. And those were Scotts exact words. Get the car back that day and start driving down Hickman and instantly started making the noise again. Scott told me that the technician took it on a drive after he had switched parts and didnt hear the noise. I find that hard to believe since as soon as i got off the lot it started rattling. So i took it back and then they had it almost all day! They said that a slider in the caliper was loose and packed it full of silicon lube and tightened the anti-rattle clips on the brake pads themselves. Scott again said that the problem was fixed. As soon as i pull off the lot it again starts rattling. So i call and tell him and we set up another time to bring it in. So i bring it in and Scott and Todd both tell me theres nothing they could do. That they would have to replace the caliper itself and that was going to be another 470 dollars. Even after i brought up the fact that Scott was 110% certain that that was the problem the first time. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau because they completely scammed me. IF THEY EVER TELL YOU THEYLL FIX IT ON THEM UNTIL ITS FIXED THEN THATS A COMPLETE BULL LIE!!!! I do not recommend this dealer to ANYONE and i will do nothing but tell people about how bad my customer service was and how they scammed me! More
The finance person mike martin loaded our finance agreement with unwanted purchases such as Titanium plus oil changes, Gap coverage theft protection and a longer payment plan then I requested and hig agreement with unwanted purchases such as Titanium plus oil changes, Gap coverage theft protection and a longer payment plan then I requested and higher interest rate then the market. I purchased a new 2012 ram 1500 from Stew Hansens. I have taken it to the service department twice for the same problems with no resolution. I have explained several times what the problems are and I ha have taken it to the service department twice for the same problems with no resolution. I have explained several times what the problems are and I have a recorded message from the service advisor telling me "the issues with my truck have been solved" the paper work states that nothing was done to correct the issues in any way. The paper work also states that the problems were duplicated and acknowledged but nothing was done to correct them. My experience with the sales department has been a much different experience than the service department. I will be taking it back tomorrow for the third time for the exact same issues I tried to get fixed the first time! I know that there are dealerships that take pride not just in sales but but also in taking care of the customer after the sale. Stew Hansen is not that dealership!!! More

And I have owned probably 30 or more since I got out of High School. Responsive, sure footed on slick roads like a Grand Canyon Mule. Fast and fun 3.6 that is easy on gas. Just wish I could have another one for me besides the Wifes. She took my new Sierra to work so I could get the break-in oil out of it for our trip next week. WHAT A MACHINE! P.S. I went to buy a used vechile and the service was bad from the get go! I am one that does not like to wait for too long but my experience took all day. We bought a new Chrysler van, It did have a problem with the. Carpet in back which they fixed. I agreed on 2 yrs of oil changes. Went there yesterday and they had no clue. I did have a witness when it was paid for and they said it would be 2 yrs oil changes. Also had slush mats which were not on the contract, Guess dont trust the sales people. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I saw the ad in the paper. Bad credit ok bankruptcy ok. I sent an e-mail to the finance department for information. I got a call from Aaron he said fill out on line app, He said once I did that he would know more and then he would give me a call back later that day. He didn't call me back later that day. In fact i had to call him back several times. Once I did get a hold of him he informed me that I had been approved and that I just needed to put down 1k. I asked how much I had been approved for he informed me "not worry but basically I qualified for anything on the lot" He continued financing would not be a problem. He also informed me that he had a several trucks that he thought I would like. I stopped by the dealership (SAT)took a look at the trucks however Aaron was not available. I called twice on Monday got voice mail both times left message for him to call me back he never did. I rearranged my work schedule to get off early so i could test drive and or look at the trucks while it was light out. I had Aaron paged he never came....apparently he left for the day and didn't tell anyone( or at least that is what i was told)Craig Ruane was very helpful he ran all over the place finding keys and showing me the trucks. I was under the impression that all I needed to do was bring 1k in and I was approved. I mean after all Aaron said "don't worry I guarantee that as long as you put 1k down your approved". Why wouldn't I believe him he works at the finance department he has my application. I suppose I am dumb. Craig took me into the office to get the paper work done I kept asking questions about financing he didn't know but he went to find someone who did. He brought someone from finance over who again assured me that if I was putting 1k down financing would not be a problem. So here I am in the office I have 1k in my pocket but the funny thing is i can't get financed. Aaron left early for the day and he apparently is the only one that can look my app. No problem he will call me first thing in the next morning and we can get this all taken care off...Tues morning no call.....Tues afternoon finally get a call....umm well you aren't approved for almost anything on the lot you are approved for this one specific truck and by the way 1k as down payment isn't enough....we now need almost 2k.....Hmmmm I have the cash but why would I put down 2k when i have been told numerous times by two people in the finance department that I only need to put down 1k...Further why would I put down more money at this Stew Hansens when i have been approved for more expensive trucks at other Dealerships their qualification being I put down 1k...(they actually meant I only needed to put down 1k).....One may think that i am just bitter because i didn't get the truck I wanted...I am a bit I won't be getting the Chevy that I wanted....I will have to settle for a Ford, but that's not the reason I spent the time to fill this out. It concerns me that an agent representing Stew Hansen offers terms for credit and then when the terms for that credit are met they suddenly deny it. That goes beyond bad customer service. That reaches into the realm of willful intent to mock and or malign someone who is trying to rebuild credit. More
