I went to stew hansens for a routine oil change, and skip or chip maybe... he was able to let me know that I had a tire that had a nail in it! My salesman, Monte Carlson, treated me with great respect and answered all my questions and concerns professionally. I also was able to meet the Sales Manager, Doyle Miller, and was very impressed that a car manager would take time to visit with a customer like me. I purchased a 2002 Dodge Durango and have been very pleased with the vehicle and the buying experience makes the vehicle even more enjoyable.
