Over $300.00 to replace a front headlight??? Went in to get 1 lightbulb replaced. $300.00!!! In Fort Dodge area the same service is $190. Taking advantage of your customers is not customer service. This is the 3rd time this year at Stew Hansen and the first visit was under warranty! I had a loud noise from sunroof and a scraping sound by front driver side tires. The sunroof was fixed ,after a long time driving a loaner. I was told there was NOT a problem with tire area. NOW they want $400 to fix struts, but SURPRISE, my warranty is done. Way to work the system Stew Hansen. Very Unhappy with service, which is a shame because I love my Jeep. More

Great, attentive & personalized sales/service! I have purchased two cars from Shad and have felt that he had my best interests at heart and worked to get me the best car possible for the money. The only reason I didn't decide to buy from another dealership was because of my trust in Shad's great customer care! My last service visit was especially positive! The job was done well and quickly -- under warranty and still treated as though I was paying a lot! REALLY loves that they vacuumed and washed the car! Thanks!! More

I purchased a 2010 Dodge Caravan from Steven Amos at your dealership. Steve Amos was extremely helpful and interested in meeting the needs that I wanted in a vehicle. He was never pushy and never tried to just make a sale.I have, since my purchase have had some concerns with a droaning/vibration coming from the front of my vehicle usually on start up when engine is cold. I immediately notified Steve and he made an appointment for me to get my van assessed in the service depart.Chip Pearson was responsible for diagnosing the problem. He has been a wonderful service manager and has always been professional and never rude when I would call the department with my concerns. The service department made great effort in trying to fix the vibration and droaning sound, but it was not successfully fixed on the first two attempts.Jerry Bill then became involved in helping with making transportation resources available while my vehicle was under repair on the third attempt. Overall I will have to say that your service department and Stew Hansens Saleman (Steve Amos) has proved to me that your dealership does back up your products and continue to provide service with professionalism to your customers long after the sale has been made. I am the fleet manager for a company with 150 plus vehicles, 70-80 of which are Dodge products. One of the most important things to me, if not the most important when choosing/purchasing a vehicle is vehicles, 70-80 of which are Dodge products. One of the most important things to me, if not the most important when choosing/purchasing a vehicle is the service I receive. With this many vehicles and employees as well as our customers counting on them, I dont have time to wait for appointments or play the scheduling game. Chip always gets my stuff worked in and gets they guys going on it often the same day I call or drop it off. Chip keeps me well informed throughout every step of the service beginning with a detailed quote of the problems/needs and their prices and never proceeds without the go ahead. He is very clear of how long things will take and notifies me immediately when the service is complete so I can get the guys back on the road. Chip has always gone out of his way to get parts that were unavailable in a timely manner. The quality and speed of service I receive from Chip and his crew is impossible to beat, and the price is always fair too. More
