I had a very pleasant experience with Stew Hansen Hyundai. My husband - Hank Sears - has had a long standing relationship with the dealership and Wes Millang in the service department and when it ca Hyundai. Both gentlemen were wonderful to deal with and I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends. We had researched many vehicles prior to coming to the Hyundai dealership, and had an idea in mind when we arrived of what we wanted. We actually bought 3 cars this year from Stew Hansen Hyundai, and all through Bryan Schmelzer. We experienced a few issues with the first used car (and older higher mileage car) that I bought for the t Hyundai, and all through Bryan Schmelzer. We experienced a few issues with the first used car (and older higher mileage car) that I bought for the teen driver. Both Bryan and the General Manager, Dan Boettcher, went above and beyond to address our issues, listen to our concerns, and seek to bring a resolution to the situation. Every single time the buying process was more simple than you'd expect it to be, and the sales and management team was responsive to what we needed to know. I ask a lot of questions, and they were willing to get them all answered, and ready for more. They were obviously there to assure customer satisfaction and earn our loyalty as a repeat buyer. Bryan talked to the teenager who the car for to see what he wanted to know about the vehicle(s) we looked at, what his interests were, and then carefully explained the features of the car. He also kept our budget in mind when looking at cars. He knew about all of the cars on the lot, each time we looked, and was able to secure answers to any questions during the process. And more than once, we came late in the day, and Bryan had to stay late to help us - he never said a word until we asked what time they closed (an hour before they had "closed"!). Now I don't recommend going later in the day, but that's another demonstration of "above and beyond". While I am hoping we won't need to buy another car for a few years, there's no doubt that when we do, we'll begin the process at Stew Hansen Hyundai with Bryan. We refer friends and family to Bryan, as the ol' "used car salesman" bad rap is no more. This was a whole different buying experience (3 times), with a positive end result! We were pleased with the overall experience at Stew Hansen Hyundai, are a big fan of Bryan Schmelzer, and appreciative of the extraordinary customer service demonstrated by Dan Boettcher's leadership. I took my 2007 Sonata in for service and had been looking at purchasing a new Hyundai for a few months. Randy was very helpful showing me options and vehicles to stay within my budget. He made sure to go over all the options and features of the vehicle with me before I left. This was my second experience with this Hyundai dealership. My first experience was two years ago and was an excellent eperience, thus the reason for my return. I have to admit i was a little skeptical to return at first because the dealer i worked with before was no longer working for that company and in addition they were just bought out by stew hansens. This last factor alone was a concern for me, as years ago i had experienced poor customer serivice with stew hansens dodge city. However, after i initially spoke with Randy on the phone and explained to him what i was looking for i felt reassured that this was going to be another pleasant experience. After he did some searching for vehicles that fit my wants/needs and requirements he called me to inform me of what he had available and we set up a time for me to come in and test drive a few vehicles. Immediately when i met Randy i felt very comfortable, he was very welcoming and made sure to tell me what vehicles he thought would fit my needs and which ones wouldnt. Being a full time student, and single mother this was very helpful and appriciated, as i dont want to get stuck in a vehicle that will not be financially feasable. After test driving a few cars i found one that i really liked and that i was initially looking for to start with. Randy agreed that this was the car for me. Howver, after experiencing some complications with my financial situation, I was unsure if i would be able to make a purchase after all. Despite this news, Randy went above and beyond his job duties to help me with this situation and did some additional research and provided me with some great suggestions. A couple days later i contacted Randy again, as i came up with a solution and was ready to come and take another look at the car and offered him a price over the phone. He was very accepting to my offer and more than willing to work with me. When i came back I brought my parents with me. Randy was very kind to them and treated us all as though we were an equal part of the purchasing process and he was very supportive. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. Randy not only demonstrated professionalism, but he also demonstrated kindness, respect and even a great sense of humor. Randy, made sure that everything i wanted was taken care of through the whole purchasing experience. I am very pleased with the Hyundai label and I predict i will be a returning customer for years to come. Thank you Randy for such an excellent experience, as this process in general can be very stressful at times, I am so happy my eperience was stress free and i am now happily riding around in my new Hyundai Sonata. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family and to anyone else looking for a reliable/dependable vehicle and great customer service. More
