I stopped by without my husband the first time I visited. Randy was helpful and comfortable to be around and didn't make me feel pressured to buy. I was surprised how fast he was at finding the exact vehicle with all the features I wanted even though he had to search in another state to get it for me. I was given a time frame to expect delivery and they had it to me in half that time which was a pleasant surprise. When we finalized the paperwork Randy was great. I appreciated that he spoke to me about the vehicle and didn't direct the conversation to my husband. He even went into what the differences were on the warranties. He then showed my wife the next step up on the model and explained what the differences were to her. We had a no stress excellent experience with Randy and that made all the difference. Randy did an excellent job in his position and all sales people should be modeled after his approach. 1st learning...find out what is wanted and expand it by teaching the vehicle to them. 2nd...explain everything to some it may seem mundane a waste of time but in the end it was worth and my wife was ready to buy. It not only started with Randy in lot but also at his desk. While he was getting paperwork ready, entering data on the computer he not once let us sit there in awkward silence. He kept us engaged and informed on what he was doing and why. Overall a very excellent experience from start to finish.
