We bought my daughter a 2023 Trailblazer from this dealer after searching many dealerships. This was during the inventory shortage debacle that the pandemic caused. Other dealers were charging inventory shor after searching many dealerships. This was during the inventory shortage debacle that the pandemic caused. Other dealers were charging inventory shortage add on fees and wouldn't honor our employee discount. Not this dealer, they are honest and have a focus on customer service, not just a bottom line. This is rare in the car sales industry. Our sales associate was Nicole Andrews. She went above and beyond to locate the perfect vehicle in transit, keep us updated on the delivery status routinely and even insisted on sending us home with the dealers big red bow for the hood to surprise my daughter at home with the big reveal. I would give this dealer 10 stars if I could. It is worth the drive if it is not the closest dealer if you want a pleasant car buying experience. I traveled a couple hours and will do it again when my husband and I are due for new cars. They are that good!!!! More

If she was the only person I had to deal with this would be a resounding 5 star review, but unfortunately the finance department was disappointing. I was not financing with the dealer, was already preapproved elsewhere and had sent in my DL and preapproval paperwork in prior so that the title paperwork could be drawn up, and I still sat waiting for the Finance Manager to do their piece for close to an hour and a half. Just to be called the following morning and told that they needed me to make the hour drive BACK to the dealer because she (the finance manager) didn’t get all the right paperwork signed. I emailed to follow up on the payoff of my trade, she responded once and after that I got no further replies or communication. More

I usually always have good service here. This last time it was not good. When I called to make my appointment, I specifically stated that I needed an oil change, needed my cv joint looked at This last time it was not good. When I called to make my appointment, I specifically stated that I needed an oil change, needed my cv joint looked at because it sounds like it is going out, and needed a sensor checked because it threw a code while we were in vacation. I was assured over the phone that all my issues could be taken care of at my appointment. After arriving at my appointment and stating why I was there, I was informed that there was no technician available to look at my cv joint or sensor, unless I wanted to leave the car. Leaving the car was not an option that day. Had I been told that I would need to leave the car, I would have had made arrangements for transportation home from the dealership. This was not the first time that I have had an issue like this. The last 2 visits I have had to either wait a longer time while they got someone to look at the issue with my vehicle or was told that I could not have service performed at that time because there was no one available. Both previous times I stated what needed to be done when I made my appointment and both times was assured that everything could be taken care of at my scheduled appointment. This is very disappointing because I purchased my vehicle here and wanted to continue to have it serviced where it was purchased. Will not be back. Loyal customer lost. More
