Wait time unacceptable. Appointment was at 8:30 and I did not leave until almost 11:00. No communication between myself and the service dept until I went and asked how much longer it would be. They had typed in the wrong vehicle so info I got was not accurate. I have been a customer first with Bartow Chevrolet and now with Sting Ray for many years and have gotten the last several cars from there. Have always gotten great customer service until Saturday August 22. Hope this doesnt happen again. More
