I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. Was told that we could work out a deal with a toyota sienna and was told that he would call me, never recieved any phone call.Left multiple mes life. We made two visits to Stingray. We liked the "no pressure" sales approach experienced on the first visit. Coby met us in the parking lot as we were walking around and introduced himslef. He was courteous and helpful, without pressuring my husband or me to buy. He answered all of our questions and showed us the specific vehicle model we described to him. We explained that we were looking at other dealers, and he gave us his card (I liked that he did not ask for our phone number) and said he hoped he would see us again. We visited two other dealers (one Chevrolet and one Ford) the same day. The other Chevrolet dealer salesperson was new on the job and did not know his product; needless to say, it did not instill confidence in us. The Ford dealer salesperson was too talkative and came across as high pressure. Both asked for our contact information right off the bat, rather than putting all the emphasis on meeting our needs. The credit manager was friendly and immediately made us feel comfortable talking with him. He was very thorough in his explanations and willing to answer any questions. We would recommend Stingray to friends and family. More
This was my first time going to by a new car. I was a little bit nervous going into it. However, not only did Mike Fett make me feel comfortable and relaxed but so did the environment. My experience at Stingray Chevrolet was exceptional. I was really impressed with the vast selection of new Chevrolet Cruzes in stock, and especially of the number of Eco models they had on their lot. My wife decided she wanted to trade in her 2010 Altima and get the vehicle she really wanted, a 2012 Camero. I was hesitant, because we still owed a bit on the Altima. I did some research and then contacted Stingray via the internet. I received a phone call from Dana Monn the same day!!! She was very pleasant to speak with and even went out of her way to send me all the information I requested. Before we ended our conversation, she made an appointment for the next day to meet a saleman. The next day, my wife and I arrived at the dealership. There, Mike Fetterhoff introduced himself to us and took us back to his desk. I won't get into the details, but he was very friendly and professional. Mike quickly arranged for my wife to test drive two vehicles. After the test drives, he proceeded with the necessary paperwork. (Here's where I thought he went above and beyond) While processing the paperwork, we were engaging in small-talk. I told Mike, "You know what this dealership should have? A hot dog machine." I said this because it was after lunchtime...and I was a bit hungry :) Mike took the paperwork and asked us to have a seat in the waiting area. While waiting, (ruffly 5 mins), Mike walks over with a handful of "goodies". It was a tray of cold cuts!! Ham, Chicken and Turkey slices. We made sandwiches and chatted a bit. The remainder of the purchase went without a hitch. My wife received the Camero she's always wanted. It wasn't about the "free sandwich"....it was about the customer service and attention to detail which impressed me. Mike and Dana were both extremely professional and made the entire experience enjoyable. If anyone would ask us about our experience, we would DEFINITELY recommend them to visit Stingray Chevrolet!!!! More
My husband took the family to look at trucks. We went to Stingray Chevrolet, Coby, the salesman showed us several that fit the bill, but we knocked it down to two. One that was a taupe colored silverado and Stingray Chevrolet, Coby, the salesman showed us several that fit the bill, but we knocked it down to two. One that was a taupe colored silverado and a white silverado that was a Demo. We decided on trying out the white silverado. Coby got the keys to the white silverado and water for the kids. While we were taking the truck for a ride, Coby was checking to see if we quailifed for a rebate for being an owner of a GM vehicle or something to that effect. The truck was a Demo and came with Rebates of interest to my husband that made the price a little more inviting. We took it for a short ride. The kids loved it. After the ride we went inside and Coby showed us all the information he had found out for us. We would get around $9,000.00 off the price of the truck. Couldn't ask for anything better than that! Well, guess what, it was a sale! Coby and the financial person were the best. All the paper work was taken care of and the truck was fueled and ready for us to ride. It was all in all a good day. More
