Stingray Chevrolet - Service Center

I took my car there and asked them to look at 2 issues. They called me with a quote to fix the first issue, I said yes and the 2nd issue quite was too expensive and not immediately necessary so I said no, They called me with a quote to fix the first issue, I said yes and the 2nd issue quite was too expensive and not immediately necessary so I said no, let's wait. When I went to pick up my car, they had fixed BOTH issues and charged me for it!! I emailed the service manager with no response. I'm really upset and feel it's a scam to get more money. More

The dealership tried to rip me off by claiming they pressure tested my engine and there was coolant in it and it was dead. Said I could pay $8k to get a new engine or trade my car in. Then they killed my battery by leaving a light on in my car and tried to tell me it had a dead battery when it was towed in. Another lie. I took it somewhere else and paid a couple hundred and got it fixed. More

When I went in to have check engine light checked, I told them I was going back to mass. the end of the week. They set up with mechanic on Thursday and mechanic came out to waiting room and explained everyth them I was going back to mass. the end of the week.
