Repair drop off and pick up was 2 weeks. As far as I am aware of, they did not look at it and make diagnosis till 3 days after drop off. The reason I say, as far as I know, is because I had no communication. When I was told that I would receive a call I did not. Or if I made the phone call to inquire I was told that they would get back with me later that day or the next. It became apparent that the only way to find out any information was that I called. I spoke to Allison, his supervisor, to make sure that communication was looked at as a higher priority. It became slightly better, however not satisfactory. After the first three days and then the diagnosis, I was told it should be pretty quick and that all the parts were in stock. I understand the task of the repair and that it involved some extra time under the hood. However, this was after week one. There was no apology for the length of time when I picked it up. I felt like I had to hound the representative to even get the final ETA. Let's put it this way, they knew it was me when I was calling and they scrambled each time to give me a somewhat acceptable answer each time. The 'was going to call you today or shortly' became a repetitive refrain. I am really disappointed. Especially since we have bought two brand new cars from you in the last 6 years. Also, it was highly recommended by my father in law who buys all of his fleet vehicles from Stingray as well as having them serviced there. He is quite disappointed as well. More

Drove down from Orlando for service and was in and out in 30 minutes. Also had a check engine light which is a result of the Borla exhaust installation and my service rep Luis Tur has emailed Borla and we a 30 minutes.
