I have been satisfied with Stingray Chevrolet. We have been out of town for almost two years. We had a credit for a free oil change that had expired and we never used due to our being in Alaska ta We have been out of town for almost two years. The Camaro was in storage and needed a few recall items completed. I would have appreciated the free oil change being honored due to our absence from Florida. I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I don’t want anyone else to go through it. I confirmed ahead of time that my car would be done the same day. I arrived on time, was told they’d clean the old wheel‑weight gunk, balance the tires, and do an alignment, then was asked to wait in the lobby. Luckily I live close, because the car wasn’t ready until around 5 p.m. with no updates, and I ended up having to come back three separate times just to get basic issues addressed. On the first visit, the work they promised wasn’t done: The gunk from the previous wheel weights was still on the rims. The steering was off—when I held the wheel straight, the car pulled left. I even recorded a video to show them. After more than 20,000 miles in this car, I know how to hold a steering wheel straight. Yet a technician came out and seriously asked me how I hold the wheel while I drive. I told him, “I hold it straight—I don’t know what else to tell you.” The real issue was that the steering wheel hadn’t been reset properly. They told me a tech would ride with me, asked me to wait outside, and after 25 minutes no one came out. Instead, Luis came out and said they’d just refund my money and send me on my way. When I finally got the car back: -The rims still had old weight residue, even though they’d said they’d remove it. -The steering was still off. -Tire pressures were all over the place (34, 39, 44, 31). I had to take the car to another shop, where they fixed it by resetting the steering wheel position, rebalancing the tires, and correcting the pressures. Even the alignment needed improvement, especially given that this is a Corvette and requires more precise settings. I’m not going to leave a Google review about this. I’m a Google Local Guide, partnered with Google, and I own a digital marketing company—so I understand exactly how much Google reviews affect every business. I know Stingray Chevrolet has thousands of reviews and that one more might seem like a drop in the bucket, but a review with clear video proof attached would still hurt your profile. I’m choosing not to do that because what matters more to me is being honest and clear about the experience, not damaging your online reputation. What made this so frustrating is that everyone in the office kept trying to tell me nothing was wrong, when I knew there was an issue with my alignment and tires. No one actually rode with me to experience the problem firsthand, and once another shop corrected the main issue, several other problems became obvious as well. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic or shop. I’m not a “Karen,” and I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I feel obligated. No one apologized, or took 10 minutes to see the real problems. I was essentially told to leave, and the core problems—steering wheel alignment, balance, and tire pressures—were never actually resolved. That’s especially disappointing because my whole Corvette group has been involved with Stingray Chevrolet, and now I doubt I’ll ever go back. Validation and proof: I’ve included the following in the file below: -Photos of the alignment -Before‑and‑after videos of the alignment with tire pressures right (Second video is showing the fix once another shop corrected the alignment and steering wheel reset) -Recorded phone‑screen communications with Luis I want to make it clear that this was a real-world experience. No matter what Luis or anyone else says, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had walking into a dealership. I talked to Luis about this, and the sad part is that in the next two or three years I’ll be buying an E‑Ray, Lord willing, and I definitely won’t be going to Stingray Chevrolet unless there is an absolutely immaculate offer. My only goal with this review is to provide clarity about what actually happened. (P.S I have videos, images of items, but cannot add, can share if requested.) More

Was referred to Stingray by a friend after his recent purchase (last year). Immediately pleased with initial Sales Department reps, which ultimately led to my first ever new truck purchase.
