I’ve always had a good experience with the Service Department and the Body Shop. This last service appointment the technician that changed the oil left it 3 quarts low. When I returned with my truck I Department and the Body Shop. This last service appointment the technician that changed the oil left it 3 quarts low. When I returned with my truck I was told he must have thought it was a 5 quart motor instead of an 8 quart motor. All he had to do was check the dipstick when he was done to make sure it was full of oil!! More

Was told the tire warranty covered so much and turns out it didn’t. Clearly taken advantage of. I bought the car 2 years ago from Hunter and it was a tremendous experience.
