The part at the dealer is less than $200. The service department quoted over $1500 & then charged me $100 for me telling them the problem. I have bought chevies my entire life but will not go back to this service department I was willing to pay for repair but should not cost more than $500 More

I did not like paying 100 dollars to have a 12 part replaced. Which could have been damaged when you worked on the transmission. I was not asked if I wanted the old part. The service department is great. I am beyond frustrated with my truck. It has less than 25000 miles and has been in the shop 3 times for the transmission and not to mention the other times for squeaking an with my truck. It has less than 25000 miles and has been in the shop 3 times for the transmission and not to mention the other times for squeaking and noises. I end up taking it in multiple times to resolve an issue. I rely on my truck for my livelihood. So every time I take it in I have a loss of income. I'm seriously looking at going to an F150 with all the issues this truck has. More
