The relatively low score is not because of bad service. I’ve always been treated well. Any service performed has been done with excellence. If it was determined after 30 days that there wasn’t a problem I would have wasted thirty days. Subsequently, I went to another dealer who performed the work (triple flush and correct fluid installation) overnight. More
