Last service review I keep my truck in pristine condition. When I got it back it had bird poop, bug guts. and just generally dirty when I got it back. Oil change I wasn’t able to make my previous appt so I asked if they could ‘squeeze’ me in since I was about to take a road trip. I was informed that they could I wasn’t able to make my previous appt so I asked if they could ‘squeeze’ me in since I was about to take a road trip. I was informed that they could do an express oil change without tire rotation and I’d be on my way. Sure enough, I followed her explicit directions and I observed them completing the oil change before I could finish eating 3 donuts!! Printed my paperwork and I walked to the cashier and I was done!!! Very efficient, to say the least. More

It’s been better. I gave this rating because I had a glove box handle replaced under warranty. The handle was discolored, it was 2 different colors. You would think if I gave this rating because I had a glove box handle replaced under warranty. The handle was discolored, it was 2 different colors. You would think if the original handle was discolored the technician or service writer would have caught it and brought it to my attention. I’m going check out some other truck like mine to see if the glove box handle is one color or 2. Very disappointed. Overall work quality was good but not up to par. More

Great as usual.. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment but the mechanic started within 5 minutes & was done 5 minutes before my actual appointment time.
