The service department failed me miserably while my vehicle was being serviced. The customer service advisor informed me 2 hours before closing that my truck will need to stay overnight. I could not receive a loaner car, he said I’m sorry but he couldn’t do anything for me. I was at the dealership from 11:45 til 6pm. I was at the dealership the previous day from 9:30 til 3:00pm. I would not recommend anyone work with stingray of plant city service department team. More
