Joe Platt is an amazing individual I cannot express enough how much I greatly appreciate everything Joe did to work with me on getting my car repaired. There were several issues that ar I cannot express enough how much I greatly appreciate everything Joe did to work with me on getting my car repaired. There were several issues that arised and I even switched to Joe Platt from another service provider. So it was not an ideal experience to start, but Joe remedied this. My car was having several issues and he was very up front and understanding of my situation. He was very knowledgeable and patient with the concerns I brought up and had them addressed promptly. I would absolutely rate Joe Platt 11/10. More
