Review Only complaint, when I pulled up, there were three Lanes with green lights above so I pulled into the far right lane. I didn't know how far to go so we pulled in behind another vehicle. Well the guy was definitely annoyed. Said next time don't pull in and that this Lane was just for express, whatever. I didn't see any signs, I didn't know where to go, how far, I just guessed and I guessed wrong. I wanted to use a coupon for oil change and tire rotation but he told me that since I pulled into that Lane, I couldn't so I spent the same amount for just an oil change as I would've for the tires to be rotated as well. But everyone else was nice and the service was extremely fast and I will go back. I some know who I worked with so I just guessed a name but she owns a Spark like I do and she was very nice More

Every single employee was beyond kind and positive and helpful. Joe Platt was downright huggable. I wish I had caught the ladies names. Facilities lovely and welcoming. Will be coming back! More

I have purchased 7 0r 8 vehicles from Stingray ( a couple of Tahoes, a Malibu, Equinox, and two Corvettes).I Have found the prices there are better than any other Chevrolet dealer. Plus, their vehicle service department has been outstanding. While I was there for an oil change on my 2017 Corvette (which Jay handled efficiently and quickly), I wandered into the showroom, got introduced to Geoff, and placed a deposit on a new 2020 C8 Corvette. Service department is trash except Dorinda When I come to Stingray I'm so tired of having to explain the warranty I purchased at Stingray. They try an charge me for things that I have covered. It seems like Dorinda is the only person that understands warranty. I need to come back for another issues but don't feel like the hassle. Don't think I'll purchase again because of this. All I can recommend is Michael Allen and Dorinda. . Dorinda got my tire replaced with no problem. It wasn't in stock but that's not her fault. My coworker also only recommends Dorinda. Maybe she needs teach a customer service class to the others. When I purchased my truck they said it would be do simple. That is a lie! Dorinda asked about my warranty be before I said a word. She even had the name. All others would have tried to change me $300 for a tire. They don't understand till I go home and find my paper work and that is some bull!!! But we live and we learn. Won't do it again. Dorinda is the best thing the service department has going on. FYI: I can't render the names of the others I've worked with. More
