Always Great Bill kept me up to date at all times, and I always had an expectation of when the car would be worked on, what other problems there might be and when Bill kept me up to date at all times, and I always had an expectation of when the car would be worked on, what other problems there might be and when the car would be ready - everything. He also found a part of my repair that was covered by Chevy, so I saved a bunch of money. As usual, I had a loaner car, which eliminated all kinds of worry about when my car would be ready. However, the person on the phone checked to make sure that a loaner was available and told me to bring the car in. BJ and Ms. Phillips help to get me in a loaner and the service to my car was complete before the end of the day. The service writer kept me informed during the process. Quick service assistance It was late in the afternoon when I received an email from the diagnostics on my car that the engine light was on. I called Bill Sutton in the service It was late in the afternoon when I received an email from the diagnostics on my car that the engine light was on. I called Bill Sutton in the service department and took the car in right that day. Bill called me the next morning and let me know what was wrong and gave me the numbers of what it would cost to fix. He explained what else was found so I could decide on how to proceed. I appreciate the assistance I received from Bill and the rest of the staff in the service department. More
