There were several issues that arised and I even switched to Joe Platt from another service provider. So it was not an ideal experience to start, but Joe remedied this. My car was having several issues and he was very up front and understanding of my situation. He was very knowledgeable and patient with the concerns I brought up and had them addressed promptly.
