Infotainment blank screen issue. Infotainment screen went blank. Under bumper to bumper warranty. Part not in stock and day before holiday. Transmission swap on 06 TB AWD 3SS To start with, gotta say what a punch in the stomach it is to have to change out a Xmission because of A sensor. To be specific, the input shaft speed sensor. 06 is the only year with this sensor which tells you that Chevy knew it was a problem...end rant. I have 106,000 on my AWD TBSS and havr baby'd it to avoid issues with the drivetrain. Now the good news...Stingray Chevroler service is spectacular. In particular the rep. I dealt with, Jay, bent over backwards, went above and beyond, to help me out. He made my whole situation an actual pleasure. I now have a new tranny with 3 year/100000 mile warranty at a readonable price. I met with the mechanic, sorry don't remember his name, but he had 20 + years with transmissions and knew what he was talking about. He did not try and BS me. Thank you Jay and thank you Stingray! More
