Stingray Chevrolet - Service Center

I paid for a service that was not completed I went on 5/3 to have vehicle looked at and parts were supposedly ordered. I was told to drop it off on Wednesday 05/08 at 10am. I got a loner truck I went on 5/3 to have vehicle looked at and parts were supposedly ordered. I was told to drop it off on Wednesday 05/08 at 10am. I got a loner truck and was told my vehicle would be ready on Friday 05/10. I was called on Friday that it would not be ready till Monday 5/13. I was called on Monday that the vehicle was ready. I went in Tuesday morning paid for the work. And drove off. I then noticed that the work that I paid for was not completed. I called my service advisor and he said that he did not know whybot was not done. He would call me back. I spoke to him later and he told me that the parts for the job that I paid for had not been delivered and that the work was not done. He said it would take over a week to order the parts for the job that I paid for. What bothered me more was that he told me not to worry because I would not be charged again for the installation that I had already paid for and it was not done. I really felt no remorse from this guy. And worse part is he is my stevie advisor. I would have thought that his job would have. Even to inspect the truck to make sure everything was done before he said the work was done. I am very disappointed by my experience I am going to return to the shop and waste my day off to get a refund so that I can go to another service department at another Chevrolet dealer More
