Extended Warraty Repair I own a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and I purchased the extended warranty when I bought the truck. Recently my A/C was blowing warm so I called and made I own a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and I purchased the extended warranty when I bought the truck. Recently my A/C was blowing warm so I called and made an appointment. Jeremiah was my service rep and he was great. He listened to me as I explained the issue and he asked if I needed anything else done so I added an oil change to it. I was also missing some plastic clips for the cover over the radiator and he said he would mention it to the tech. I receive a loaner but only needed it for one day. They found and replaced a defective condenser and recharged it with freon. They also replaced the plastic clips for no charge. My A/C is now ice cold and I can enjoy my truck again. Excellent service!! More

Camaro2SS 8speed vibration I was shocked when I was told by Jay that I would have to leave my Camaro for 10-14 days to diagnose a vibration in my 8soeed auto. A vague explanation was given, but I wanted it right so I left it. It was in the shop 15 days. I’m in 100miles if my 200 mile break in and no sign of vibration. Other than the time it took to diagnose and fix the problem I would have liked a more detailed explanation of the problem. All the service people were very accomodating and a loaner car was supplied.. More

Terrible, not good, the bottom of the pot some of the members are not truthful to the customers, they do not do any fact checks when customers come for service, which they should look at the some of the members are not truthful to the customers, they do not do any fact checks when customers come for service, which they should look at the history of the customers visit, the put items on vehicles and then pretend they have not performed the service on the vehicle, i will just go and take my service to another dealer in the area. i felt offended when i was in the new vehicle lot look at new vehicles when i spotted a drone which was being operated by personnel in the business, and did not see the drone watching any other people in the lot.. i felt a racial profiling while in the new vehicle lot More

I felt horrible and they made me feel comfortable and didn’t make me feel bad for what happened. I will always bring my car here to get ANYTHING done!
