Fantastic Service I came it to get the AC in my truck repaired. I thought I was out of warranty, but Bill Sutton checked and discovered I had purchased an extended warr I came it to get the AC in my truck repaired. I thought I was out of warranty, but Bill Sutton checked and discovered I had purchased an extended warranty (which I had forgotten about). This saved me over $800 on the repairs. Since they were backed up they had a loaner truck waiting for me after I checked in so I was out of the dealer within minutes. The repairs were completed faster then expected and my AC is blowing nice and cold (a necessity in FL). I have purchased two trucks from Stingray over the years and will come back when I'm ready to by my next one. They always go the extra mile to take care of me. More

Great experience I had an unexpected issue with my engine making noises so I went to the Ferman Chevy dealer in Brandon. When I arrived at Ferman, the gentleman checki I had an unexpected issue with my engine making noises so I went to the Ferman Chevy dealer in Brandon. When I arrived at Ferman, the gentleman checking me in was extremely nice (which has been the opposite of what I normally get at this dealership; the last time I had interaction with them they towed my van for service. When we called the next day to see when we could pick it up they said they didn’t know where our van was, it was lost. After doing some research, it was discovered that the van was towed to the Pontiac dealer across the street. Then Ferman refused to go and get it. I had to take time off from work, load all of my 6 children up and drive to the Pontiac dealer to get it myself.) Ferman said it would be 5 days before they could look at my engine and offered no way for me to get home. Stingray On the other hand welcomed me right in, squeezed me in, offered me a 2019 Silverado to drive while they had my truck and made me feel like they cared. However this time the mechanic installed the wrong battery in my Corvette. It did not fit right and could not be properly bolted down. But he just sent the car out anyway. I discovered the problem after returning home, a two hour drive. Very disappointed in this particular mechanic. More
