I thought that courtesy was standard for a dealership that touts itself to be “top shelf”. More

Didn't fix my problem I have a 2015 Z 51 Stingray Corvette. I took it into Stingray because I have intermittent washboard effect when driving 50 to 60 miles an hour for sho I have a 2015 Z 51 Stingray Corvette. I took it into Stingray because I have intermittent washboard effect when driving 50 to 60 miles an hour for short periods of time. Somehow Chevrolet, and Stingray Chevrolet have developed Magic transmission fluid that they indicate will fix the problem, they also know it just typed problem is related to the torque converter. However instead of replacing the torque converter, they said wait until Chevrolet comes out with some sort of campaign to repair my vehicle properly. In the meantime they flushed and change the transmission fluid indicating the this may correct the problem. I didn't know they had the market on Magic transmission fluid. This experience was unsatisfactory to say the least. More

New Engine and Transmission 2004 Tahoe Z71 Arron in parts was great to work with and provided me with competitive pricing for the engine and transmission replacement. Jay Hancovsky In service was very professional and kept me posted with timing on repairs. I had only one issue to deal with once repairs were complete, the service technician did not tighten the front driveshaft u-joint completely whiched casused the strap that holds the u-joint in place to loosen up and cut a hole in the oil filter while my wife was driving. The engine lost all oil pressure and created a huge mess, fortunately my wife was able to recognize the problem and shut the engine down immediately. I know this was just human error and nobody’s perfect! Stingray took care of the situation and I was back on the road the next day. However, I wished they would have owned it and not try to but the blame on us for hitting something while driving. This was a huge inconvenience for me and my wife. The reason I chose Stingray was I didn’t want to deal with these kind of situations, I paid cash for my 2008 Silverado’s transmission replacement and for the engine and transmission in the 2004 Z71 Tahoe all within a two week period, they could have offered more than a couple hats. Bottom line is no ones perfect and I will use and recommend Stingray Chevrolet. More
