Jay Hancovsky In service was very professional and kept me posted with timing on repairs. I had only one issue to deal with once repairs were complete, the service technician did not tighten the front driveshaft u-joint completely whiched casused the strap that holds the u-joint in place to loosen up and cut a hole in the oil filter while my wife was driving. The engine lost all oil pressure and created a huge mess, fortunately my wife was able to recognize the problem and shut the engine down immediately. I know this was just human error and nobody’s perfect! Stingray took care of the situation and I was back on the road the next day. However, I wished they would have owned it and not try to but the blame on us for hitting something while driving. This was a huge inconvenience for me and my wife. The reason I chose Stingray was I didn’t want to deal with these kind of situations, I paid cash for my 2008 Silverado’s transmission replacement and for the engine and transmission in the 2004 Z71 Tahoe all within a two week period, they could have offered more than a couple hats. Bottom line is no ones perfect and I will use and recommend Stingray Chevrolet. More

Post delivery maintenance excperience After purchasing a new vehicle from Stingray I started a list of things that weren't quite right with the vehicle. I presented the list to service adv After purchasing a new vehicle from Stingray I started a list of things that weren't quite right with the vehicle. I presented the list to service adviser Jeremiah who offered me several dates to choose from where he could have the several technicians he needed available to inspect the items and resolve the problems. I arrived at the appointed time of 8:30 am. Jeremiah had the technicians standing by and they went right to work on the vehicle. All items were resolved in less than 6 hours except for two which required ordering replacement parts from the factory. Professionalism, resources and scheduling team-work that I've never seen at the other dealerships I visit with my other cars. A simply amazing after-the-sale service experience. 5 stars gentlemen. Great service Check engine light came on 5 days before Christmas, I took it to the service department because my 2017 Colorado is still under warranty.
