The best service I had a horrible day when my car wouldn't start and the tow truck that was supposed to come and get me never showed up and they cancel the service wit I had a horrible day when my car wouldn't start and the tow truck that was supposed to come and get me never showed up and they cancel the service without telling me. It was dark and cold and finally another tow truck came and picked up me and my car 3/12 hours later . I called stingray Chevrolet at 5:33 pm and asked if they could stay opened until we could get there which was 6:03 Bill Sutton did with another lady.so I could get a loner too. I was already highly upset he cared and he made my night.. thank u stingray Chevrolet for Bill Sutton and the lady who stay there with us. More

After years of good service, very disappointed After seeing water coming into the cab of my truck, I took it in to be serviced by Stingray Chevrolet. They could not duplicate the leak. I cannot d After seeing water coming into the cab of my truck, I took it in to be serviced by Stingray Chevrolet. They could not duplicate the leak. I cannot describe the frustration after being told if it happens again we will look at it. How is that professional? I asked them to keep trying as water is coming in somehow. They said there is nothing else they can do. I later found that this is a common issue on the 2014 Silverado trucks and it has to do with the HF antenna on the roof. I asked them to check it for leaking and they said, that the tech does this all the time and he is sure he probably did check it. I found a fix on Youtube I am going to try. If it works, I have ended my service with Stingray. More

Great Service I went in because I lost my car keys so I bought new keys and had it programmed there. Do not enter a customer's car with grease! I visited Stingray service for oil change. My steering wheel was dirty from dirty greasy hands and a big smudge if grease or oil on my console.
