Service rep is always nice and knowledgeable and quick lane is fantastic. The regular service center is pathetic. Your vehicle has to sit 3 days before they can even diagnose it. Blamed shake on brand new tires. Fixed a coolant leak on a hose which it didn’t come in for. Day after I got it back took it to another ford and they found thermostat and water pump Fixed a coolant leak on a hose which it didn’t come in for. Day after I got it back took it to another ford and they found thermostat and water pump leaking. Valve cover leaking. Steering shaft and ball joints bad and fixed the issue. More
