It was very hard to communicate with them. I had to call every time I wanted an update and would constantly get told I’d hear back soon. They were not very helpful and seemed unorganized. The tech that came out was excellent. The only negative review I can give is two things. I contacted mobile services twice to asked a question about adding a service and never got a call The only negative review I can give is two things. The other one is my review camera continues to freeze up and I backed into a pole because of this causing damage to my truck. The technician did tell that it has a recall on the rear camera, however, when he attempted to update the fixed it was not available by Ford. I think Ford should do the small repair because the camera malfunction. More
