Had some discrepancies with getting the vehicle picked up, vehicles had scratches and dents that weren't brought up during the sale - I mentioned them and they said they couldn't do anything about them. We also had issues with the car when we picked it up and it took around 2 weeks for them to fix it which I understand parts and stuff can take time but we JUST bought the car. Wish they would've checked everything out beforehand and we could've avoided that issue altogether. Everyone we talked to was super nice but our salesman was a little bit unknowledgeable on the vehicle and the buying process. More

Our sales consultant, Jackson, was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and easy to work with from start to finish. Since we live three hours away, most of our dealings were done over the phone, and Jackson made sure everything was squared away before we even left home. In fact, I completed the credit application on my phone beforehand, making the entire process even smoother. He kept us updated via text, answered all our questions, and worked hard to make the deal happen. My wife and I coordinated with him to go after work on a Friday, but we couldn’t arrive until 6 PM—just an hour before closing. Jackson was completely fine with that! He was there to help and serve, never rushing us or making us feel like an inconvenience. Once everything was finalized, he even helped us set up our Bronco Sport in the FordPass Rewards app so we could take advantage of rewards points and all the available technology features. He also made sure my phone was connected via Bluetooth before we left. The entire experience was smooth and flawless from start to finish. We also had a great experience with our finance manager, Ramle South. He thoroughly explained optional additional coverages in a clear and professional manner, ensuring we had all the information we needed without any pressure.
