My first issue is my service rep. did not communicate with me about my vehicle. My vehicle was keep for six days when it only took six hours to do the work. The price quoted increased did not communicate with me about my vehicle. My vehicle was keep for six days when it only took six hours to do the work. The price quoted increased $500 once the work was completed. I would like to see a intake questionnaire so everyone willing be on same page. They where telling me things in needed done even though they were already completed. Some the day I brought it in. This causes a trust issue for me. Had I said go ahead and do it i would have been double paying.i can only imagine how many women are getting taken to the cleaners because of this practice. The only bright spot is the loaner manager and the service manager,they apologize and did what they could do to mitigate the situation. I just don't have any confidence in the dealership now at all. More
