Steven was the service rep who oversaw the service to be done on my F150. He did a very good job on the estimate and on letting me know when my truck was going to be ready. It was a major repair. Service dept. was great! Sales dept had the wrong aftermarket windshield put in and now the front collision doesn’t work and says it not their problem! I paid $25 was great! Sales dept had the wrong aftermarket windshield put in and now the front collision doesn’t work and says it not their problem! I paid $258 dollars to Stivers ford to tell me they put in the wrong windshield when I purchased it! They replaced it because it was cracked. Now $1200- $1300 dollar will fix it! They made the mistake of and I should not have to pay for it!! $12-13 hundred to fix plus $258 to find the problem..it has been several months from when I bought the truck but I haven’t put 1500 miles on it when the problem showed up and less than 7000 miles in 11 months. More
