I had another appointment cancel in the morning, so I decided to bring my Ford Escape to Stivers for servicing. They have “Quick Service” so I knew I could go without an appointment and not have to wait decided to bring my Ford Escape to Stivers for servicing. They have “Quick Service” so I knew I could go without an appointment and not have to wait long for an oil change, tire rotation and general checkup. As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by Service Advisor, Seth Morin. He took a look generally at the car and engine and told me the service I wanted would take about 45 minutes. Thereafter, after a mechanic looked at it, Seth advised me that everything looked good and the only thing they would recommend was an oil additive. He didn’t pressure me to get the additive, but I went with it. The car feels good. Seth was very friendly and professional. More
