Everyone was very nice… i liked the new dealership location… But was not happy about the bill I the bill when I brought in my 2014 Ford reporting that the rear backup camera didn't work I was told tha location… But was not happy about the bill I the bill when I brought in my 2014 Ford reporting that the rear backup camera didn't work I was told that there would be a $258 diagnostic service… Was called later in the afternoon to be advised that the diagnostics had showed that the rear back up camera didn't work didn't know what the problem was but for $900 they would replace everything and hopefully that would fix it... doesn't seem right at the customer should be required to pay that amount of money to confirm the reason the vehicle was brought to the shop... I'm going to try the YouTube fix of replacing the camera myself for less than 100, check fuses… And electrical connections… Apparently that wasn't done by the service dept... and shouldn't have cost $900 to do that.. thank you for allowing me to reply… Jeff standridge More
