The Sales rep, Alex, was great, we knew what we were wanting and he was right to the point on it, he did not try to sell us on anything that did not reflect our needs. Our issue is they would not let him budge on the price which honestly did seem to be a bit high, but unfortunately we did not have a lot of time finding a replacement vehicle. Yes, it was a used vehicle so it would not be "perfect" and we probably should have caught some of the flaws. However, for the price the dealer wanted they should have fixed them in the first place or not charge so much for it. The salesman and the finance manager who handled the paperwork was great, However Stockton 12 beyond that was just like any other typical messed up, greedy, crocked dealer. More

Carver and Stuart were great to work with. There was a little frustration with the gentlemen (didn’t catch name) that was the one that named the price. He asked if I saw the price on the website, and I said I had not. I looked but must have not been up when I checked. He actually gave me a price higher than what was listed on the website ($2500 more) that I checked when I got home. The fact that he really kept pushing helping a veteran’s wife and then gave a higher price has left a very sour taste in my mouth. It is on me for not looking up the price while I was standing there and I put my trust in the wrong person. More
