Horrible experience this time. Our Pilot roof trim fell off and it took three different conversations with the dealership and a whole lot of web searching to convince them the replacement was under warrant off and it took three different conversations with the dealership and a whole lot of web searching to convince them the replacement was under warranty. Once repair was made and we got our Pilot home, I noticed it was put on incorrectly. After a few adjustments I was able to fix it right. More

Everything was quick and painless. They always do a great job and take good care of their customers. They don’t pressure you into buying things or making extra purchases. I would highly discourage this dealership for service needs. Information over the phone and in person are not consistent from seeing previous visits to telling you what is required or how to proceed. needs. Regardless of amount of time told for the service, it will ALWAYS go over, and often by hours over quoted time. Not ideal if you are waiting on site because of the quoted time. Phone agent gave misinformation, so we jumped the car to bring it in, then they said the battery was totally fine, despite needing to be jumped a dozen times in the previous week. I would have changed the battery on my own if they would have given the correct information up front, but instead brought the car in, waited over an hour to be told it's totally fine. Oh, and the battery was replaced less than 2 years ago, and the battery had a 3 year replacement warranty, but that didn't matter. I was referred to Honda customer service and got a complete runaround. I ended up buying a battery at Costco for 80 bucks, changed it on my in about 20 minutes and now I know I have a warranty versus Honda runaround. I wish the original sales guy wasn't so good there because my next new cat will be a Toyota after this last experience. Not worth having the Honda and needing to work with their service. I'll go down the street for new purchases. More
