Look no further! I wanted a 2020 Civic Hatchback Sport, Black, with a manual transmission. Because of the specificity of the car, it was tough to get hands on. After having little luck and more or less giving up, I got a follow up call from Lena Lopez. She was willing to get creative and work with me to get the EXACT car I wanted, at the price I asked. We ended up placing a factory order :). I picked up my car on Tuesday. I LOVE IT! Because of the depth and breadth of my research, exposure, countless hours on the phone and in person, haggling with car salesman, I can honestly say with some level of credibility that Stockton 12 knows how to do business right. There were several unexpected delays with manufacturing and shipping, all out of Stockton 12's hands, yet they were fabulous with follow up, sending updates, setting expectations, and delivering a fabulous customer experience. There was no pressure and no surprises when I sat down with Matt who is the Financier. There were no games, no unexpected add ons, and I'd sincerely come here again or send my Mom or Grandma to this dealer.
