He and the sales team did a great job in getting me financing and in doing so fairly quickly. When I signed the deal the vehicle needed to go through the shop, get a new windshield, and be detailed. All of these things were understandable and I understood would take just 1 day. I agreed to come bring back my trade and pick up the new car 2 days later. When I arrived to pick up the van it still was not done. I had made multiple attempts during the day to get a status update from the salesman without success. I was told it would be about 1 hour longer. I opted to go home and come back rather than sitting in the waiting area for over an hour. 2 hours later I sent an additional text message to the salesman which took over an hour to get a response. The response was a simple "it's done". Upon returning I signed a couple last documents and was ready to go. I had some frustrations initially and received a call from Steve Courley the finance manager (totally amazing). He apologized for the frustrations and encouraged me to bring the car back in and that they would resolve my concerns. Steve’s car and speed in processing the deal along with the follow up to ensure that I am satisfied in the end may earn Stockton 12 a customer for life! More

When I got behind the wheel, I was pretty convinced, but the car was a bit out of price range. The dealer assured me we'd find the best way to help me drive off the lot in my new car. I settled on financing which was the best fit for me, since it included and extended warranty and a years worth of car for my new car. The wait while all of the paperwork went through was pleasant and laid back, with water and drinks from the lobby. Everyone was happy to make the experience the best that it could be. More
