Very good service I did not get to thank Brandon when I picked up the car since he was getting backed up but the service was much better than I expected. He actually listened to what was going on with the car and what we had tried and was very informative on what they found when diagnosing it. Service was personable and friendly which was refreshing after some nightmares with a local BMW service department that broke our windshield and then drug it out to a 3 week ordeal to get replaced. They then repeatedly acted like they were doing us a service and weren't going to bill us for the windshield they broke (while doing a recall). I'm just amazed that a Honda Dealership that we didn't even buy the car from could be so great to work with when a brand like BMW makes us even question owning another one. Good for you and thanks Brandon for all of your work and getting it done so fast! More

Incredible experience and very professional We went into this dealership after just visiting another one. We were greeted by a salesperson named Alex Schneider. He was incredibly personable and We went into this dealership after just visiting another one. We were greeted by a salesperson named Alex Schneider. He was incredibly personable and made us feel at ease. Not once in the process did he try to “sell us”. But because he listened to us and showed us exactly what we wanted we ended up buying a new van. Alex was there to guide us through the new car process rather than sell us something. It was late on a Saturday and Alex and other employees stayed late to make sure things were done correctly. It was by chance that Alex was the one to help us but I’m very grateful he was the one to do it because it made for an incredibly easy and enjoyable experience. More

Please be aware of the financial add ons I actually left a review yesterday when I was spitting mad and now that I've calmed down I can be a reasonable person again. I called the dealership about the difference in what I was quoted and what it ended up costing and it was explained to me better. I wish it would have be explained to me that way when I was signing all the papers but I'm going to live and learn and hopefully the financial people at the dealership will live and learn as well.
