Also helped me out with my trade in to get me a better price per month on my payments he then to top it all got me the car I originally wanted before my civic overall I will come to him for anything I need I will send anyone I know who needs anything as well and his service pleased me enough I will wait for him for if he's off I'll come back as well as frankie angulo who took care of my paper work gave me a lot of information that shaw the man who helped me with my last lease didn't even bother mentioning to me like a mileage cap as well as if I go over what I would pay per mileage also made sure I had 2 keys for the car the first time with shaw I wasn't even informed of it as well I'm very happy that frankie angulo he also offered me deal for my tires and rims to have protection which I had to get was a great deal I overall thought chris fredricksen and frankie angulo and there manager Mike benson were great they didn't beat around the Bush told me everything as it is no sales pitch these the guys you should see for anything 1-10 they all got 10 from me More

Pretty Seamless Thank you to Chris Fredericksen for working with me on the purchase of my 2019 Honda Civic Sport. This was a gift for my daughter and even though ther Thank you to Chris Fredericksen for working with me on the purchase of my 2019 Honda Civic Sport. This was a gift for my daughter and even though there were some financial hurdles, we made it work. The AC was out in the sales department which made it a little uncomfortable, but we managed. My only complaints would be to see some improvements in the bathroom and customer lounge. I know it was busy, but it was unkept and a lot of things were broken or had taped notes explaining how they worked (which is never a good sign). They seem like they do a ton of business, so maybe address some of those little issues. Other than that, it was pretty stress-free and Chris made sure everything was ready to go as much as he could before we walked-in. Chris explained every detail and I git exactly what I wanted. More
