Last night we purchased a brand new VW from Stohlman. Abe was super helpful and friendly, knew his cars, and wanted to help us get into a new car that day. The process was smooth and seamless. However, when we had to work with the business manager Hesham Kamal, the evening took a nose dive. Hesham is rude and extremely condescending. He was overly aggressive when trying to sell us add-ons, and spoke down to us when we said we were not interested. He insinuated that since we had never owned a brand new vehicle, we didn't know what we were doing. After declining his attempts to sell add-ons multiple times, he finally let us move on with the transaction. As we moved on with signing the papers and finalizing everything, his attitude completely changed. He barely spoke to use, wouldn't look us in the eye, and didn't even shake our hands or congratulate us once the transaction was complete. Hesham completely ruined the buying experience and dampened the excitement of buying a brand new car. If we had met or dealt with Hesham earlier on in the night, we surely would have walked out and went to another dealership. While our experience with Abe was excellent, I can only give this experience a "good" rating because of the rude, condescending, unfriendly attitude we experienced with Hesham. More
