Purchased a vehicle from Stohlman online, to be delivered after my arrival from overseas. The VW Tourag was not clean when delivered, had scratches on the paint and stains on the carpet and upholstery ( I s after my arrival from overseas. The wiper blades were shot, there were Cheerios in the back seat and some other items were not as promised. Never got info. about the Certified Pre-Owned, had to call about my plates - were still sitting there in their business office though I had been promised it would be sent as soon as they arrived. Salesperson Nora Sokhon was nice, but my feeling was they spared themselves the time and expense of cleaning the car before delivery and the condition of the vehicle was misrepresented. I guess if you are going to see the car in person you can make a more informed decision before buying and negotiating your price. But if you are buying online and planning to have it delivered, beware, that can be taken advantage of. I wouldn't have paid the price I paid for the car had I known about some of these issues, and I feel they could have done a better job of getting the vehicle in shape before releasing it for shipment - they had plenty of time to do it. The vehicle had engine problems about a week after delivery, luckily it wasn't serious and it was covered under CPO, it will soon be a year since that happened and so far so good. Wouldn't buy online again unless I could inspect the vehicle personally before finalizing the deal. Follow up after I voiced my concerns could have been better, and some of these issues might have been out of the salesperson's hands, but my overall experience wasn't great. More

I traveled 2 1/2 hours after locating a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing on your website. I spoke with Nora on the phone and he informed that there was another vehicle which was the same make a was interested in purchasing on your website. I have to admit that when I wandered into Stohlman's in Tyson's a couple of weeks ago with my wife, we were not really in the market to buy a car. However I was interested in taking a look at the new Lega Tyson's a couple of weeks ago with my wife, we were not really in the market to buy a car. However I was interested in taking a look at the new Legacys and we happened to be running errands at Best Buy and decided to walk in. I was immediately approached by a friendly individual who answered some basic questions that I had about the car then really began to sway me from a person who was browsing to a person very interested. I am not usually one who makes impulse buys, especially on large items such as a car. But the professionalism and courteousness shown by all the members of the Stohlman team, especially the manager Joel was great. I walked out with a brand new Legacy when in fact I had left the house earlier in the day only to buy an HDMI cable for my television. All in all it was a great experience with Joel and his team at Stohlman's and I highly recommend that anyone looking for a Subaru in the Washington D.C. area come visit them as I am sure you will have the positive experience that I did. More
