A Confident Purchase. I did a lot of research, this is not my first rodeo. I made contact via internet with 8 dealerships. My goal was to get a sense of the most experience I did a lot of research, this is not my first rodeo. I made contact via internet with 8 dealerships. My goal was to get a sense of the most experience by evaluating email responses. Then the phone calls began and I weeded out the bad vibes. I was left with three dealerships to consider. I knew what I wanted, I now needed to refine the deal. I went to the first dealership with no intention to buy. I was offered a price and a package that I later learned from Randal was an aftermarket product where leather seats were actually modified cloth seats. Honesty grabbed my attention firstly. Randal worked with me from that point forward following up with phone calls and promptly answering emails.He took time to understand my position. He did NOT give me lip service just to get a sale. I know he cared about me as a person as opposed to just another customer. The third thing about Randal is he does not beat around the bush. He said " I am going to be straight forward with you Jeff" and we got straight to the nuts and bolts. Randal will not waste your time leading you into territory that is inappropriate. I will go back to Randal for the next purchase because of the experience, his genuine heart, and cause he is a Pennsylvania boy. More

His approach to sales is relational style which makes working with him enjoyable. Unfortunately, the sales management at the dealership was not willing to negotiate and think out of the box to even entertain a fair offer, until they found there was competition with another dealer. This tactic drove the sale away from Alan. However, he was the preferred sales person that I would have been interested in buying a car from. I strongly recommended working with Alan to anyone interested in a VW. More

People who care to know their customers I worked with Alan to buy my first Volkswagen. Alan is an extremely honest sales person who cares for his customers and bring about professionalism I worked with Alan to buy my first Volkswagen. Alan is an extremely honest sales person who cares for his customers and bring about professionalism which are rare to find these days .He made the process of car buying actually fun and completely stress free.I was undecided between a Passat or a Jetta initially and Alan took time to understand things that were important to me and gave helpful suggestions without any pressure .He made the process so smooth i was amazed at the overall experience .He also took extra pain to follow up every question i had and was very responsive both via phone and email .I also walked away with a great experience with the finance department who were so transparent and straight forward .I am a happy owner of a Passat and will be going back again to this place for my wifes car sometime in the near future.
