He stayed in contact with me over the 3 months and when we met again the first week of December he wrote up a plan for the car I wanted. I told him how much time I needed to get the money, he worked is butt off to get the car I wanted (not on site), and at the end of the month I walked out with the exact car I wanted. Crazy time of year, but they were focused and helpful I purchased my Impreza days before the end of the year, and it was very busy in the dealership. Once we arrived he treated us as valued guests even though we showed up near closing time, and he was already assisting two other couples at the time. During the last month of December I browsed the internet all week at which time I came across a 2009 GTI 2.0 4cyl. automatic, United grey metallic stock # v6049801. I emaliled Stohlman Automotive expressing my interest in the vehicle. Mr. Yaw Pepra immediately returned my email uploading additional photos and information on the vehicle. At this point pretty much had me sold. Over the course of 2 days myself and Mr. Yaw Pepra exchanged phone calls and emails. I scheduled to meet with him on 1/2/16. I traveled to Tysons Corner from Baltimore City to meet with this idiot and all I was met with was lies and deceit. Pretty much destroying my experience. VW should know that greedy salesman and poor sales tactics kills sales volume. Mr. Yaw Pepra had know desire promote the sale of the vehicle but only pushed to persuade me to finance the car through whatever means he provided. I'm a well established professional and my only interest was in the automobile. This idiot wouldnt sell me the car. I dont understand. he alleged someone put a down payment on the car Friday Jan 1, 2016. He forgot he sent me an email informing me the dealership was closed on New Years Day and there was a big sign behind him that said closed New Years day. Also contradicted himself saying he doesn't hold cars for people. Thanks Yaw More
