He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. I was about to buy a car from an online dealership when Chris offered me the same car with an additional package at the same price. A few days later, Chris called to tell me the car was in and asked when I could pick it up. When I said I needed to call a friend to drive me, he offered to pick me up. I test drove the one manual transmission Forester that Stohlman had on the lot over 8 mos ago when I was casually looking, and I remembered Chris later on as the guy who helped me and really loved his Forester. He had pulled out his phone to show me a video of how his own Forester handled in the snow because he knew that was important to me for my next car (Did I mention he loved his car?). I asked for him by name 8 mos later and we made the deal within a few days. This was especially remarkable because I would only take a manual transmission, wanted a few special options, and had color preferences. I had done my homework on pricing, packages and options, and I felt that he was reasonable and fair at every point in the buying process. Chris will be my go-to guy for Subaru questions and I would recommend him when you're either just casually looking or seriously ready. He'll make it fun in both cases. More

I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Javan. He walked me through every step, including 2 test drives, in order to help me make the right decision. I never felt any pressure, and I felt I could be honest with him about the features I liked and those I didn't like. Javan gave me all the information I needed to understand the controls of my car. He even went above and beyond by helping me set my presets and my clock, etc. Javan was relaxed, and willing to spend as much time as necessary in order for me to feel comfortable. Javan showed me all of the features of my car, including spare tire, how to open the gas tank, where to put various items, etc. He was extremely thorough! Not to mention that the interior of this showroom is gorgeous! More
