Alan Soon was our salesman this time around and I highly recommend him. He goes above and beyond to make sure you find the car you want at a reasonable price. He was very pleasant to work with. He's willing to do as many test drives as you need to find the right car, and he wasn't pushy with sales. When our car insurance company had a computer glitch and I was consequently on the phone with them for quite a while, I realized I hadn't eaten lunch or anything since early in the morning. I asked him where the vending machine was and instead he opened his cabinet and offered me a snack from his selection of treats. The cashews and dark chocolate were exactly what I needed! I also interacted some with the manager, Jaime Dent, and she was very down to earth and personable. Overall, this was a remarkably pleasant experience. More

Now this was more like it! I had been to another VW dealer but the salesperson and the manager seemed completely uninterested in helping me locate a hybrid Jetta. Easy Process no need to haggle I always shop with Stohlman. I ONLY LIKE Mitsubishi and Subaru cars. SINCE they dropped Mitsubishi, I just stick with the Subi. While I waited for Stephan, no one seems to wanna talk to me (younger looking guy no dressy cloth). Al Shibly came and offered my Grandma a bottle of water. (Good customer service) I asked him some general information about the car I want, and He was able to provide all the information I need. Al provided recommendation to help me select between two cars. The sales price, Stephan and Al took care of business within 5 min after my test drive. They don't play games as long the customer don't BS. I will send anyone I know wants a Subaru to Al and Stephan for their great customer support. More

2 Cars in 2 weeks. Easy as pie. I worked with Alan Soon to purchase a brand new Volkswagen TDi S. The price was well below Edmund's suggested fair price. I confirmed via email and I worked with Alan Soon to purchase a brand new Volkswagen TDi S. The price was well below Edmund's suggested fair price. I confirmed via email and locked in a Platinum Silver car. There was no trade in, and no real need to negotiate. The test drive went smooth, so we worked out the paper work. The finance guys showed me the usual additional items (warranty, pre purchase service), but were very low key and didn't press me when I declined. This was a cash purchase, so everything was pretty easy. Next, I found a 2003 Subaru Outback for my daughter who will be driving very soon. Car had just over 100K, so I asked for $700 reduction to cover the need for timing belt and water pump. The accepted and this also fell in the KBB fair price range. Again, this was a cash purchase, so no financing needed. The process with finance was smooth and easy as well. Alan even came in on his day off to help me out. He's willing to go out of his way to work with you. The test drive went well, and the car is in great shape for its age and miles. I know Subaru's so I'm not too worried even if something mechanical crops up. More

Unfortunately it was a type of car that was not readily available, however, Chris assured me that he would do everything he could to find me my car. He gave me daily updates, and he called me as soon as the car I wanted arrived. I immediately went for a test drive and 30 minutes later I was signing the paperwork. Everyone I dealt with at Stohlman during the purchasing process was amazing. I highly recommend this dealership as well as the salesman, Chris, to anyone looking for a great car. More
