I brought my Honda in for an oil change and to check the TPMS( the light has been on for a few weeks). The oil change went well, nitrogen was topped off on the tires that needed it but the TPMS light was s TPMS( the light has been on for a few weeks). I parked and went back to Frankie to let her know that the light was still on and she said I need to drive at least 20mph for the light to go off. She said I could bring it back if the light did'nt go off. The light did not go off even after driving 20-50mph. By this time I was ready to go and did'nt want to wait AGAIN for a problem that I asked to be fixed when I got there to begin with. I'll have to come on my next day off to get that. More

The Salesman (Scott Stirling) couldn't have been kinder or more patient and thorough in his dealings with me. I'm sure I asked an excessive amount of repeated and detailed questions over the course of over or more patient and thorough in his dealings with me. I'm sure I asked an excessive amount of repeated and detailed questions over the course of over twenty phone calls and numerous visits. Mr. Stirling took a lot of time to answer the questions and make sure I understood the quality and value of the car. Mr. Stirling even took my phone calls after working hours and on his day off. Regardless of when I called, he was always attentive and kind. It should be pointed out that I was leaning heavily towards purchasing an Audi; but Scott explained the reputation, reliability and quality that follows all Hondas. Mr. Stirling went on to explain the integrity of Stokes Honda and his gratitude at all they'd done for him throughout his career. He repeatedly assured me that they would stand behind the vehicle and that I'd never regret the decision to go with his dealership. My feeling, now that I'm the owner of a Honda Cross-tour, is that I've received an excellent vehicle of excellent quality. I look forward to many years with my purchase. Tony and Gary were great but I have a major problem with the office that cuts the checks to pay off the titles. I signed my paperwork on the 20th of April, they had the quote and it was only good until the the office that cuts the checks to pay off the titles. I signed my paperwork on the 20th of April, they had the quote and it was only good until the 24th of April. I contacted them repeatly about having this paid because the company kept calling me. They didn't get it paid until the 28th of April, costing me to lose almost 700 dollars. I believe that I should be able to get my money for that. I would of had it paid off before and it not of cost me that much were the company didn't. I have called and left messages and no one has called me back. I also got a 2003 Ford Mustang through Stokes and today May 4, 2011 it breaks down and when we take it to the repair shop we are informed that the vehicle had this problem long before we got it and now I have to put out another 2500.00 dollars to replace the parts. And we haven't even made the first payments yet. I love my car but I am about ready to return it and tell you to stick it up your xxx and go buy from Hendrick Honda or another dealership. I will never buy from Stokes again after all of this and will never recommend someone else go buy from there either. More
Very nice, very helpful. Terra was clear about the information on the repais to the airconditioning system. On March 28th I came to Stokes Honda North to have my vehicle serviced. I pulled up as I normally would at the service department entrance. It was a rainy day with approximately three cars ahead of me. Another female pulled in behind me and immediately got out of her vehicle and walked into the service department. The female then returned with Mr. Nathans following behind her to her vehicle. He walked pass my vehicle and immediately proceeded on to the other female's vehicle. He did not even acknowledge that I was waiting in my vehicle. A few minutes passed and ROB came out and asked me if I had been helped. I responded, "No" and explained what happened and that I came to have my oil changed. He apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that I would be helped in the order of my arrival. After my vehicle was serviced he again apologized for the inconvenience and provided me with the information (next servicing quote) that I requested. Rob is the only reason that I did not take my service elsewhere. More
