My new vehicle had a recall and I was unable to take the car in so the Service Department picked the vehicle up, completed the recall and returned the vehicle three hours later. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !!!! FIRST OF ALL THEY TAKE FOREVER TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND THEY TAKE DAYS TO CALL YOU BACK,IF AT ALL.. I HAVE HAD MY SORENTO IN THERE MORE TIMES THEN I CAN COUNT. MY LI TAKE FOREVER TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND THEY TAKE DAYS TO CALL YOU BACK,IF AT ALL.. THEY SAID I NEEDED A BRAKE MODULE ( VERY EXPENSIVE ) THAT DIDN'T FIX IT EITHER. SO NOW THEY SAID I NEEDED ANOTHER PART FOR $2,650. AND THEY CAN NOT EVEN TELL ME IF THAT WILL FIX IT. WE TALKED TO STROM ALTMAN AS WELL, JUST MORE RUN AROUND. I DID NOT BUY MY KIA HERE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I KNOW OF OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AT THIS DEALERSHIP..I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE GOING THERE. More
