They were upset with me for leaving a voicemail. They have dreadful customer service. They make you wait just for your vehicle to get looked at. Dale in the service department horrible, they are useless when it comes to using warranty to diagnostic testing and repairs. They have no care of it’s your only car or anything. When it comes to getting your car serviced or fixed here, do not go. There is a wait time just for diagnostic testing with no courtesy vehicle, its hard to get in contact with management with the people givi do not go. we Just got Kia Carnival, love this car JJ was a great salesman, explained everything with no pressure..... As I'm driving, my sunroof blow up like volacano, called the Kia dealer and the just sad to cal salesman, explained everything with no pressure..... They didn't offer any help, even said " we don't have loaner cars" Im soo disappointed in Stokes Kia I'm not even sure if is safe to drive after repair? More

They sold the car without advanced notice to make additional money and left me with a loan I no longer needed. Jason Orvin, Sales Agent lead me to believe our deal was finalized and I could come back with loan to process the sale, I even offered $1000 down but he did not need per Jason. I later went to discuss the matter with Manager Ken Carter as my vehicle was sold from under me as well as the 6 hours of time from my business day I lost. Ken had nothing to offer but a very sarcastic apology while the sales agent sat in the managers office and laughed through the glass walls. #baitandswitch #shadycarsalesmen More
