I sincerely apologize for the issues caused with the tires for life program that you encountered. The program that we offered, for only a short time, was a very stringent program based on maintenance and other factors that had to be performed and recorded at Stokes Brown Toyota of Beaufort. We had several customers that misunderstood this program, and believe that they could get maintenance performed at a sister store out of convenience but this was entirely false. The policy wouldn't allow us to replace the tires of those who had not followed the program to the tee. We only offered this program for a short time being that the restrictions were so very stringent. We are open to discuss your situation further, feel free to do so by calling our General Manager, Archie Brown.
