Kevin Mitchell was very friendly and accomadating. We bought a 1999 Buick century. My wife picked up the car and thought the windows were dirty. She attempted to clean them at home but realized they were bought a 1999 Buick century. My wife picked up the car and thought the windows were dirty. Took the car to glass pro to have windshield replaced at a cost of $289.00 Other than that we are satisfied with the vehicle. I feel the dealer should pay the cost ,but I guess with a used car , it's buyer beware. More

There was confusion about whether the car had navigation system, whether or not it was dealer certified, the odometer was 1000 miles misstated and a few dents we didn't see at first inspection I don't feel system, whether or not it was dealer certified, the odometer was 1000 miles misstated and a few dents we didn't see at first inspection I don't feel these problems were the sales folks fault. I took the car back the next day feeling very disappointed that I had not obtained the car that I intended to purchase. I then looked at another Prius an for $5128 more bought it leaving much more satisfied. The only concern at present is what my warranty is on this second car. I did not receive any paperwork in this regard as I had on the first car. More

Patrick Carroll was the best person to deal with at Stokes Brown! Patrick went above and beyond to help my parents and me to get an affordable car for me. I am a student right out of college and into the real world. I did not think I was going to be able to lease or buy a new car that I could afford. Patrick bent over backwards to work every possible way to get me an affordable car, and get it to me in Pennsylvania. He kept me up to date every step of the way, calling me often, emailing me and sending me pictures of my new car. He set everything up and I barely did a thing but send him my information. He set everything up with my parents and me, and kept us posted everyday. I even got a call just checking to see how I liked my new car. I can not thank him enough for all he did for me and my family. I tried to get a car in PA, and had no such luck. Everybody brushed me aside because I was a young girl with no experience getting a car. I am so glad I got my parents to help and contacted Stokes Brown.
