(If yes, please explain) YES! – Train your staff better in customer care & service, if they say someone will “contact you shortly”, follow through to ensure the person did respond. I only asked a few simple questions to which there was no thought for the customer, no responses and for these reasons you’ve been “Chopped!” I will gladly take my money & business elsewhere. More

She helped me save money on my car purchase, and helped with finding me the most affordable insurance. The finance manager, Jason, was also very thorough and helpful!!! The process was also very fast! I was not expecting to have driven away with a new car, and so much savings within the same day! The following day, Courtney still made sure I did not have any questions and stayed in touch about the car. By far the most pleasant I have ever had at a car dealership!!! I am very satisfied with my new car :) More

Horrible customer service They advertise on the radio not to worry about your credit, trade, etc., and say that if you have a job and $500 down, they can get you approved.
