Great experience with the sales dept Jason in the sales dept was great to work with. He got me a better price than the local competitor and was great dealing with my dad :). However, I cannot say the same thing about the service dept. When I bought the car the front tire was nearly flat. I was assured by the service dept that it just needed air. 1 week later my tire light comes on and I put air in it just for it to continue to go flat. I brought it to the stokes service dept 2 weeks before my 30 day appt. Just for them to put air in it and turn off the light. Thanks but I could do that with a slow leak. Today on my 30 day inspection they found that the valve stem was leaking. So why was this not found before I drove it off the lot? I recommend working with Jason. But remember to be pushy with the service dept. More
